At The *TeaShed we are constantly trying to bring you fresh and innovative products. To do this, we look to a variety of designers who perhaps haven’t yet been recognised or are not as recognised as they should be and ask them to design limited edition products for us.

Helen Bridges

Helen Bridges is a London based artist who lives and works in Brixton. She studied an MA in Printmaking at Camberwell College of Art and went on to set up her own screen printing studio in South London. She tends to loves maps, pattern, typography, medical diagrams, stories about London and screen printing layers and layers of colour. Helen has been lucky enough to collaborate with boutique shops, hotels and public art spaces. For examples of her work please see www.helenvbridges.co.uk. Karen Mabon / Red Brick

We met Karen at the Lloyds Enterprise Awards and fell in love with her cool scarf and jewellery designs! Karen wanted to design a bespoke scarf for The *TeaShed for our staff to wear and to sell. Here is more information on Red Brick...

After graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2011, Karen Mabon launched her own collection of scarves and jewellery, called Red Brick. Each unique design is hand-drawn by Karen, and either digitally or screen-printed on to high quality fabric. Karen aims is to produce pieces with a timeless narrative, which add a little fun to everyday life.

Victoria McParlin 

Newcastle based Victoria McParlin has designed some lovely delicate prints which we are showcasing at The *TeaShed. Please call in to have a look, they are adorable!

Victoria McParlin is an artist and illustrator who loves doodling, painting, drawing, cutting, gluing, playing with tools, photography, crafty stuff, a smidge of digital imaging and scribbling (and film, music, coffee, books, talking rubbish and cake)
